Client - Fund For Child Care Excellence (FCCE) Fund For Child Care Excellence (FCCE) is an Austin-based nonprofit organization focused on improving the quality of child care in the greater Austin area. They recently received a $3 million grant form the Dell Foundation, their main funding source. The primary focus of FCCE is on programs that emphasize care and development of children from birth through age eight. The Challenge: The Fund for Child Care Excellence needed an effective way to reach their multicultural audience through their web site. They also needed tools to keep the site current and up-to-date with information about coming events, awards, and media coverage. In addition, with the majority of alternate media (radio and print) driving traffic to the web site, FCCE needed an effective way to track visitor behavior and analyze the results in order to measure the effectiveness of their campaigns. The Solution: Austin Data Works stepped up to the plate with a multi-lingual site built on top of our proprietary Content Management Server. Using this platform, FCCE was able to make updates and changes to any page throughout the site, post news coverage, and manage events and training calendars. In addition, Austin Data Works implemented an advanced statistics package allowing them to track unique visitors, page views, top pages, search strings, and more. This gave them the ability to view detailed monthly visitor reports as well as comparative overview reports for monthly trend analysis.
